Contract to CSV

Turn a supplier contract into a spreadsheet.

Upload the contract PDF your supplier sent you, or point your phone at the pages and take the picture. The document goes to the Supplier Contracts reader, which pulls the terms off the page and hands them back as rows — one CSV you can open in Excel, check, and keep with the account. No retyping, no copy and paste out of a PDF.

What happens to the file

Sent, read, handed back as rows.

The contract is uploaded to your own account's file store and passed to the Supplier Contracts reader. Nothing is published, nothing is shared with a supplier, and the CSV is built in your browser from what the reader returns.

The PDF goes up whole

Multi-page agreements and amendments are fine, up to 25 MB. A photographed page works too — it is read from the image rather than the text layer.

The reader pulls the fields

Whatever the contract template defines — supplier, account, rate, term dates, notice period — comes back as named values, one row per contract or per line item.

You get the CSV

The rows land on the contract data page, where you can read them on screen and download the CSV. Anything the reader was unsure about is flagged rather than quietly dropped.
