From a photo to a signed rate.
Five steps. The longest one is waiting for suppliers to price your load, and that runs while you get on with your day.
You photograph the bill
Any page, any angle, any utility. A phone camera in a warehouse under bad fluorescent light is the case we built for. Crumpled paper and PDF exports both work. If you would rather text it, send it to the agent and the same pipeline runs.
Multi-site accounts can drop a folder. We match invoices to meters ourselves.
The AI reads it
An OCR pass lifts the raw text, then a language model maps it onto the tariff structure for that specific utility. Utilities format invoices differently and change them without warning, so the model works from the tariff rather than from a fixed template. Cost to read one bill is a fraction of a cent.
Fields land in a structured record that every later service draws from.
Suppliers price your load
Your usage profile goes out to every supplier licensed in your utility territory. They price against your actual load shape, which is why the number that comes back is a rate you can sign rather than a teaser. Fixed, indexed, and blended terms come back side by side.
Terms from 6 to 60 months, priced the same day in most territories.
You approve by text
The agent sends the shortlist with the savings math attached. Ask it to push a supplier harder, change the term, or hold until your current contract nears its notice window. Reply when you want it done and the contract comes back as a signature link.
The switch happens on your next meter read. Service never drops.
We watch the clock for you
Most businesses overpay because a contract rolled over while nobody was looking. We hold your end date and the notice window, and the agent texts you before it matters. Every bill after that gets audited against the rate you signed.
If a supplier bills you off tariff, we catch it and file the recovery.
What you can ask it.
The agent holds your accounts, your usage history, your contract dates, and live supplier pricing. Text it the way you would text a broker who never goes home.
- “What am I paying per kWh at the Dorchester site?”
- “Can anyone beat 12.4 for 24 months?”
- “When does the Framingham contract expire?”
- “This month’s bill looks high, check it.”
- “Would solar pencil on the Woburn roof?”
Send one bill and see what comes back.
No account, no contract, no obligation to switch. If we cannot beat what you are paying, we will tell you that too.
